Job Description
- Financial Reporting & Management: Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CEO to provide financial insights, align budgets with business goals, and drive profitability.
- Cost Control: Monitor and manage expenses to improve margins while maintaining quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure strong internal controls, manage audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes for greater efficiency.
