Global Brand Lead Commercial Specialty (f/m/d)

Bad Vilbel Germany (DE) Full-time Fix-term Sales & Marketing & Customer Service Professionals

What you can expect:
  • You work to maximize the commercial opportunity for a designated biosimilar across Europe and other future regions.

  • You lead brand and marketing activities to protect market share and differentiate against competition.

  • You monitor and track product performance and lead critical priorities to deliver/exceed financial and non-financial commercial expectations for your assigned brand.

  • You lead market analysis activities, identifying key segment value drivers, growth opportunities, product positioning, and customer segmentation/targeting.

  • You work collaboratively with regional/country commercial leads and GMs to understand changes in markets, customer behavior, barriers and opportunities to business growth, competition, pricing and reimbursement changes, policy and government initiatives, market access efforts, etc.

  • You serve as the internal single point of contact for the designated brand in key forums - S&OP reviews, affiliate engagement meetings, and strategy workshops.

  • You will report to the Global Head Biosimilars.

Who we are looking for:
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is strongly preferred.

  • You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial and market access landscape.

  • You have strong analytical and research competencies.

  • You are financially literate.

  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

  • You have outstanding collaboration skills, including the ability to influence and motivate without direct authority.

  • Proficiency in business-level English is required. Additional language skills (e.g., German) are a plus.
