Fundraising Relationships Officer

We are looking for a Fundraising Relationships Officer to join a small, passionate children's medical charity to support the high-value donor, trusts and event fundraising programme.

This is a London hybrid role (Parsons Green office), with one day a week in the London office (team go in on Thursdays).

The Charity
You would be joining small collaborative team, passionately dedicated to making childbirth safer for mothers and babies through supporting medical research to advance understanding and improve knowledge. They offer completive benefits as well as an enthusiastic, supportive and busy environment.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy you will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of the high-value donor, trusts and event fundraising programme. You will be responsible for organising events, conducting high quality research and providing administrative support to the team.
Organise and coordinate fundraising events, taking an active role at each event and ensuring all aspects of the event run with efficiency.
Conducting in-depth research to identify and analyse new funding opportunities.
Maintain and manage a donor prospect pipeline to help grow fundraising income.
Assist with the development of fundraising materials to support donor engagement.
Provide administrative support, including drafting documents, data entry and meeting coordination.
Administer high-value donor report and thanking programme according to set procedures and timeline, all whilst providing exemplary stewardship.
Using our CRM to record, protect and optimise data. Building systems and processes to develop insight to improve the supporter experience and deliver income.

The Candidate
Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices
Be comfortable managing key stakeholder relationships
Experience of providing exemplary administrative support
Have a strong can do attitude that is motivational to the rest of the team
Be a collaborative team player who is prepared to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in alongside a small and dedicated team
