Fundraising Manager

We re looking for a passionate and strategic fundraiser to grow and nurture our supporter base. In this role, you ll lead on membership recruitment, legacy promotion, and individual giving, while also playing a key role in securing high-value donations. With strong foundations already in place, you ll have the opportunity to build on our success and create lasting impact.

You ll be the driving force behind engaging and retaining supporters, ensuring they feel connected and valued. With excellent planning skills and a sharp eye for return on investment, you ll oversee campaigns that inspire action and generate essential funding. Working within a small but dedicated team, you ll shape supporter journeys that turn one-time donors into lifelong champions of nature.

We offer 28 days holidays plus bank holidays per annum, increasing with length of service.
