We have a new and exclusive opportunity for a Fund Controller to join this thriving audit team within a private equity investment management business in the heart of Luxembourg

Role details

• Senior Fund Controller
• Employer: wealth management/investment management
• Salary 50,000- 75,000 Euros plus bonus, pension, meal vouchers etc
• Location: Luxembourg City centre and home working hybrid
• Requirements: experience as a fund controller, private equity experience

The position consists in assisting the local Finance Manager in its duty of financial monitoring, oversight, and the day-to-day management of Private Equity investment vehicles.

In liaise with the Finance Manager, It includes the following:

• Ensure quality support for the fast-growing Private Equity Secondary line investment.
• Team management/Junior Tutoring
• Issue capital calls/distributions to investors and monitor cash flows
• Process and control all capital calls and distributions from target investments
• Monitoring cash movements and preparation of the related reporting
• Review of NAV and Waterfalls
• Coordination of administration and documentation with Legal department
• Coordinate accounting, reporting, and controlling with Fund controllers
• Coordination of the audit processes and the tax statements preparation
• Assisting with transactions and valuations

Education/Experience:

• Master's degree in accounting or finance
• Fund Industry or in a Finance Department
