Fullstack.NET/React - Developers/Leads

Our client based in the Czech Republic is currently looking to hire the following:

• Fullstack .NET/React Team Leaders
• Senior Fullstack .NET/React Developers

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months +
Location: Remote (EU Time Zones, EU based)
Rate: Senior €320 p/d | Lead €380 p/d

Role Overview:
Our client is looking to expand their team with experienced Fullstack .NET/React professionals to assist with complex global-scale client requests. These roles include both leadership and developer positions, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects. Candidates with senior or lead experience are highly sought after. All positions are fully remote, requiring alignment with EU time zones.

Fullstack .NET/React Team Leaders

Key Responsibilities:

• Domain Driven Design (DDD), Distributed systems, Tracing/Telemetry
• Lead and mentor a team of Fullstack .NET/React developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to the development team.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
• Oversee the design and implementation of complex software solutions using .NET and React.
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes are followed.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to align project goals and timelines.
• Drive the continuous improvement of development processes and team performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Lead Developer in a Fullstack .NET/React environment.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET and React development, with a deep understanding of both Front End and Back End technologies.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a development team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Senior Fullstack .NET/React Developers

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust Fullstack applications using .NET and React technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance software architectures.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Fullstack development.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in Fullstack .NET/React development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET) and React, with a solid understanding of both Front End and Back End components.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team setup, aligned with EU time zones.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Azure.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
• Relevant certifications or technical training in .NET/React.
