Project description
The focus of the project is implementing new features and processes to improve user experience, increase consumer satisfaction and efficiency measures across all digital touchpoints such as web, social, eShops. The project is delivered according to agile working method (SCRUM). One sprint consists of two weeks and there is a Daily.

Key words/environment: Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Developer/Full Stack/Customer Service app

Tasks (independent delivery):

* Building of custom solutions for Dynamics CRM utilizing a variety of cutting-edge technologies specializing in Software Development best practices, under limited direct supervision
* Eliciting requirements and assisting in developing specifications in a cross-functional team with clients Consumer Business and Digital Business (dx) product owners and analysts Implementation of new features and processes to improve user experience Increasing of consumer satisfaction and efficiency measures across all digital touchpoints that are web, Social, eShops, Instant Messaging
* Participating in the design process of clients solutions Developing of technical solutions which have to be discussed during the Grooming and sprint planning meetings to provide professional consulting for a full understanding of the requirements which is providing in advance.
* Following and maintenance of Life Cycle Management using best practices and industry standards which is provided in advance.
* Following all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates which is provided in advance.

The client is providing all necessary products, information, contact details, documents, access to relevant systems and all other requirements in advance.

Skills:
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- At least 3 years experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, following the latest industry best practices.
- At least 3 years experience in developing custom plugins, workflows, actions and client-side JavaScript functionality
- Experience in Power Platform, Power Automate and Rest API
- Communicative, open minded, self-motivated and a pro-active team player with a can-do attitude
- Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision.
- Experience with agile software development techniques
