Full Stack React Developer

*Full Stack React Developer - Initial 6 Month Contract - Remote (Ideally in Eastern Europe).*

RED is collaborating with a prominent client to recruit multiple Full Stack React Developers for an initial six-month contract. In this role, you will lead the migration of an existing product to a new cross-platform framework, ensuring all requirements and standards are met. You'll also provide critical technical expertise and guidance to help the client address current uncertainties and streamline their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute actively and significantly to the development of React applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement project requirements.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality code and meet all project standards.
• Debug and resolve issues during the development process.
• Offer technical mentorship and guidance to team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in ReactJS, Next.JS, or TypeScript, with experience in cloud-native deployments and AWS.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proactive, self-starter approach with a humble attitude.
• Proven experience developing medium-load, large-scale, business-critical applications (handling hundreds of thousands of requests per second).
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with React Native (with web development expertise).
