My client, a leading AI startup revolutionizing complaints resolution in the UK, is seeking a talented and highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join their dynamic Engineering Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of an innovative product aimed at transforming the complaints resolution process for regulated industries, helping the company maintain its rapid growth trajectory.

Founded at the University of Cambridge, my client is at the forefront of complaints resolution technology, catering to a multi-billion-pound market in the UK. They collaborate with major financial services firms to enhance the efficiency and quality of their dispute resolution processes, working towards building a comprehensive online legal system for consumer disputes.

With ongoing rapid expansion, my client is searching for a proactive and driven developer eager to play a key role in their journey towards hypergrowth. This position is perfect for someone looking to make a substantial impact in a disruptive tech environment, working alongside talented colleagues and forward-thinking clients.

Key Experience:

  • 2-3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Expertise in frontend development using React and backend engineering
  • Familiarity with Python (FastAPI),
  • Familiarity with a Cloud platform, preferably AWS
  • Familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, Figma, and similar product team tools.
  • Bonus: Experience with large-scale data processing or observability/error logging infrastructure.
  • Passion for consumer dispute resolution and a commitment to contributing to the next big innovation in the field.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a focus on delivery and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to engage in constructive debate.
