Front Office RAD Developer | FX & eTrading | London

A globally successful investment banking client of mine is undergoing a major transformation to become fully electronic across all markets. The focus is on minimizing manual trading and shifting towards data-driven, algorithmic strategies. This role will play a key part in supporting that transition within the FX space, working closely with quant and algo trading teams to enhance market data processing and pricing strategies.

The Role:
Work closely with Algo Trading teams to optimize market data and curve builds.
Develop enterprise-scale applications, engaging directly with traders, quants, and business users to deliver tactical and strategic solutions.
Be involved in Real Time data processing, supporting the transition from human to fully automated trading.

Key Requirements:
Strong development skills in C# (essential) or C++ (Can be picked up on the job)
Proficiency in SQL for handling market data.
Ability to engage directly with business users, quants, and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Prior FX experience is beneficial but not essential.
