About The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has emerged to join a highly respected mid-sized architecture studio, recognised as one of the leading names in the industry. Known for their commitment to design excellence and distinctive global projects, our client is seeking a Front of House Coordinator for their London office on a temporary basis. This is a long-term temporary role offered on an as-needed/ad-hoc basis to cover for staff leave/absence.
The ideal candidate will possess strong excellent customer service and people skills. Within this varied and integral role, you will manage front of house duties while providing a positive and welcoming face and voice to the studio. This role would be ideal for from someone who has previous experience in a similar role, or someone who has previously worked in a front of house / coordinator position and someone who is happy to cover ad-hoc employee leave.
Located in a vibrant area of central London within a stunning office setting, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of creatives who foster a positive, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome visitors to the studio and address any incoming enquiries
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and deliveries
- Manage the travel calendar
- Assist in organising meetings and maintaining a tidy front of house
- Help with technical setup of equipment and collaborate with IT staff for event coordination
- Arrange catering and special requests for meetings
- Handle general office support requests
- Assist with filing, document management, and office supplies
- Provide coverage for absent operational support roles
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Exceptional organisational prowess and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent in customer/client facing
- Assertive, meticulously organised, and detail-oriented
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
