Job Description

Sydenham High School is looking to appoint a part-time Language Assistant to support the work of our French Department.

You will deliver small group and individual conversation lessons to GCSE and A Level students, fostering a high standard of pronunciation and accuracy, whilst developing the students' confidence in the subject. You will work with the Head of French and individual language teachers to plan and prepare your lessons, sourcing a variety of materials and resources to help students prepare for oral exams.

You will be a fluent French speaker with a good command of English, who is able to discuss topics in French up to A Level standard. You will also need experience of running small group and one to one French conversation sessions.
