Whether you re passionate about supporting children in mainstream schools or those with special educational needs (SEN), this role offers the chance to make a real difference. As a Teaching Assistant, you ll provide vital support to students, helping them succeed academically and socially. You ll work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored strategies, providing one-on-one support to students with diverse needs, from managing behavioural challenges to helping build essential life skills like self-regulation, confidence, and social interaction.

We re looking for high-achieving graduates with a degree in any field related to education (such as Psychology, English, Maths, Science, History, or similar). If you have a passion for supporting young people, a strong work ethic, and exceptional communication skills, this role is perfect for you. Experience working with children, particularly in mainstream or SEN settings, is a bonus but not essential we re looking for someone motivated and ready to make a difference!

This full-time, long-term role offers a competitive daily rate of £95 - £105, along with plenty of professional development and a supportive, collaborative work environment.
