Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are a lending-focused business that specializes in securitization and debt financing, and we're looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to help drive financial planning, modelling, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Modelling & Forecasting: Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Ensure accuracy in financial projections and provide data-driven insights to aid in decision-making.
• Securitisation & Debt Financing: Assist with financial analysis related to securitization structures and debt financing deals. Support the evaluation of financial products and funding strategies that align with the company's lending focus.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed financial reports and analysis for internal stakeholders, including the CFO and leadership team. Help identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for business growth.
• Cash Flow & Capital Planning: Support cash flow management, capital allocation, and long-term financial planning to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business operations and financial planning. Partner with the CFO and senior management to refine business strategies.
• Scenario Analysis & Risk Assessment: Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to understand potential risks and opportunities in different economic environments, focusing on securitization and debt financing structures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preferably within a lending environment.
• Strong understanding of securitization and debt financing.
• Proven ability to build financial models and perform forecasting with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with start-up or high-growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools; experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, capable of translating complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
