Financial Controller / Finance Analyst

Rapidly growing and successful insurtech life MGA looking to hire a Financial Controller / Finance Analyst.

Your new role
Reporting directly into the CFO, this is a broad role, with a wide remote and will have exposure to key stakeholders and senior C-suite staff throughout the group. You will be responsible for:

• Prepare monthly management accounts for the group
• Assist the CFO with the preparation of regulatory and stat returns
• Support CFO with preparing monthly board packs
• Maintain the ledgers for all companies in the group

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will be fully ACA qualified from practice looking to make your first move into industry. It is essential that you have had experience working on insurance clients. Exposure to Solvency II is beneficial but not essential. You will have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 - 65,000 + 10-20% bonus + share options. You will report directly into and support the CFO with all areas of finance. The opportunity allows for broad exposure as you make the first move out of practice. You will be able to really make the role your own and get out what you put in.
