Financial Analyst - CAPEX

Financial Analyst - CAPEX vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Administering semi-annual financial planning processes and providing supporting analyses to the Finance Business Partner Lead
• Assisting in developing simple value-added financial models and analytical tools to support function objectives and projects
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to proactively solve all Inventory related queries and discrepancy elevations
• Supporting the development, deployment and use of the financial planning system and financial models and becoming key user for various Finance systems
• Managing the monthly financial close process and collaborating with Company's Business Solutions to initiate entries on an ongoing basis
• Collaborating with the pre-defined Business partners to develop detailed explanation for variances between actual and plan, including preparing and distributing monthly reporting packages and analyses

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years of overall business experience, preferably internships in accounting, financial planning or decision analytics roles
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech Industry, including cost accounting experience in operations
• Solid computer software skills, including TM1, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite -Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, C3ME
• Strong data analysis skills
• University degree in Finance or Accounting
• Language skills: English, French
