Financial Accountant

My manufacturing client is looking for a Financial Accountant on a 12 month contract.

Key responsibilities;

• Setting up ledgers
• Defining and documenting key financial processes and controls
• Delivery of the monthly consolidation package and annual statutory accounts
• Analysis of data
• Application of UK GAAP
• Contribution to internal and external audits

Experience;

• Qualified Accountant
• Understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP reporting requirements
• SAP experience
• Controls experience
• M&A experience highly desirable
