Our client, a growing international business, has an exciting new job opportunity for a qualified accountant to join them as Finance Manager.Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Director, your role will be varied and responsibilities will include:

Taking overall ownership and accountability for three of the legal entities within the group.

Managing the statutory external audits.

Assisting with the mandatory regulatory internal audits.

Reviewing the annual corporate tax computations.

Managing the quarterly VAT filing process.

Monitoring regulatory capital and performing monthly calculations.

Working closely with Legal & Compliance team to ensure we are complying with all regulatory requirements.

Working in tandem with the Financial Controller and the accounting team to help produce accurate and timely monthly management accounts.

Helping with the preparation of monthly management reporting packs.

Assisting with the Group's intercompany process.

Assisting with the global budgeting and forecasting process.

Assisting with the implementation of the transfer pricing policy for the group.

Assisting with various ad-hoc projects, as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of working in a similar varied role and will thrive working in a fast-paced environment.You will possess a blend of financial and management accounting experience coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
