Finance Director

SF Executive are partnered with a West Midlands based technology organisation who are embarking on a growth journey. The Managing Director is seeking a Finance Director to be their 'right hand person' through this period of growth and beyond.

As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, driving change and supporting the executive leadership team in transforming the business. You will lead the entire finance function, ensuring the standardisation of processes, enhancing systems and providing day-to-day leadership to the finance team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting commercial and operational transactions, contributing significantly to the successful performance of the business.
