About the role:
As Finance Business Partner for this high-profile non-profit organisation, your core role is to support leadership to grow the business, develop processes and be more successful in bids and tenders.
Key responsibilities include:

• Offer financial advice and support.
• Guide managers on financial planning and analysis.
• Conduct financial modelling and business case preparation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships.
• Develop financial business plans and performance reports.
• Collaborate to address performance issues.
• Line manage and develop team members.

About you:
You will be a qualified accountant with experience of commercial accounting within a business partnering role and the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders. You will have strong IT skills, including great excel and experience of working within financial systems.
