Greenacre Recruitment is partnering with a Housing Association to find a Finance Business Partner - Service Charges. This role is key to managing financial operations, ensuring fair and transparent service charges for residents.

What You'll Do:

Support financial management within the Service Charges department
Ensure accuracy and compliance with audit & legal requirements
Provide financial insights to aid decision-making
Develop financial models for data-driven strategies
Maintain and analyse large data sets using Excel & in-house systems

What You'll Need:

Working towards or holding a CCAB accounting qualification
Experience partnering with non-finance teams
Strong Excel & Power BI skills (D365 knowledge preferred)
Knowledge of service charge legislation (preferred)
Excellent analytical & stakeholder engagement skills
