Hays are proud to be working with a reputable organisation based in Edinburgh who are looking to add an enthusiastic finance administrator to their team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative including:

  • Process and payment of invoices and claim forms.
  • Supplier statements
  • Processing payments
  • Reconciliations
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Payment runs
  • Support with wider finance tasks
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a motivated and enthusiastic finance professional who has previous experience in a similar role. You will have a strong attention to detail and have good communication skills. Having experience with reconciliations is very beneficial for this position.
