£22-26,000 full-time equivalent

Working from their site on the outskirts of Swansea, this company is looking for a confident and capable finance assistant to support their accounting team. With free onsite parking, and a generous holiday allowance; this is a lovely place to work! This is 100% office based.
Your day-to-day duties will take in a full range of financial administration and, as such, you will need to be organised, capable of managing multiple workloads and happy with high volumes.
Duties will include

  • Accounts Payable;
Supplier statement reconciliationsEntering invoices into SAPChecking and verifying invoices
  • Accounts Receivable;
Maintaining customer accounts.Generating invoices.Taking customer payments Credit control
  • Assisting with import and export documents and paperwork.
  • General filing administration and some reception duties
You will need to have really good exposure to computerised data entry, experience of reconciliation and, hopefully, some experience of working in a finance team.
This company is open to the prospect of taking on a new team member full-time as there are lots of areas of administration where your skills will be used . but they are also interested in speaking to people that are looking for part-time hours across a 5-day week . or even 3 or 4 days work on a part-time basis!
