• Proficiency with operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as server management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities effectively.
• Full UK driving license is essential.
• Relevant certifications (eg, CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an advantage.
