Field Engineering Manager

Field Engineering Manager - Temp to perm - London/Hertfordshire

Here at Lucid we have an exciting opportunity for a Field Engineering Manager on an initial 3-month contract with a view to go permanent.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the team of engineers - including all aspects of performance management.
• Manage budget/P&L to maintain spend in line with budgetary limitations.
• Ensure all systems and processes (ie timesheets, absence, etc.) are used in an appropriate and timely manner by engineers.
• Involvement in the recruitment and induction of all engineers.
• Initiate and run all Appraisals carried out with the engineers on an annual basis with quarterly reviews.
• Authorisation of travel and expenses, with effective cost control.
