What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing farm operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Managing and developing a skilled team.
Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices.
Ensuring equipment, irrigation systems, and infrastructure are well-maintained.
Planning and implementing farm activities to meet business goals.
Identifying areas for improvement and driving positive change.
