Expert Trainer - HR

Our Expert trainer will be part of Lifetime's flagship Management & Professional Services sector, providing personalised teaching and coaching to enhance learners' managerial skills and their knowledge of modern business fundamentals, including professional service standards within the HR Team.

What will you be doing?

• Deliver engaging teaching sessions and workshops that enhance learners' understanding and application of modern business concepts.
• Tailor Lifetime's course materials to meet the specific needs and learning styles of each individual learner.
• Employ a blend of coaching, workshops, and group sessions to deliver Lifetime's course content effectively. Collaborate with key stakeholders to support learner progress and ensure high client satisfaction with the programme.

What will you bring to the role?

• Flexibility in the requirement to travel to face-to-face skills days
• Extensive, relevant vocational experience (held a first management position)
• Recognised qualification (CMI, CIPD or equivalent) in HR at Level 5 or above
• Recognised Teaching qualification at L5 or above or be willing to work towards a L5 Teaching qualification if a L3 is held
• GCSEs English and maths (C or above or equivalent)
• Experience of working autonomously
• Familiarity of working in a high demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills
