Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a skilled and efficient School Administrator to join a welcoming primary school on a full-time, temporary basis starting from mid-March.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an administrator in a UK primary school
• SIMS (School Information Management System) experience is essential
• Parent Pay experience is highly desirable
• Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced school office environment

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing the school's SIMS database, updating student records, attendance, and reporting
• Handling Parent Pay transactions and assisting with queries
• Supporting daily school operations, including front-desk duties and correspondence
• Liaising with parents, staff, and external stakeholders in a professional manner
• Assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth school operations
