Your role at Dynatrace

You are a proactive leader who is excited to explore emerging technology trends, synthesize market-business-technology and collaborate with CTO, Product and Engineering leadership to innovate and drive value of Dynatrace products cross-solution.

Your responsibilities:

• You will be part of ourProduct Management Leadership Teamto drive product-related strategic topics.
• You will lead, strategize, and implement highly complexprogram-level initiativesthat affect multiple org units.
• You will partner withProduct Leadershipto address market needs and balance roadmap priorities.
• You maintain product roadmaps that align with the overallbusiness strategy, incorporatinginput from customers and community partners.
• You will have the unique opportunity to be part of the Product Management Organization of Dynatrace and network with different departments and across solutions to bring our Product to the next level.
• As you gainproduct-related Dynatrace experienceand specific domain knowledge, you will have the career opportunity to take over responsibilities in one specific Leadership role. What will help you succeed

We are searching for experienced Leaders in theProduct Management area:

• 10+ years of Product Managementexperience in a software product environment.
• I have more than7+ years' experience in a (domain) Leadership functionand understand how to lead and drive visions and strategies in an international environment.
• Entrepreneurial & Growth mindsetwith experience in founding and leading own business within a competitive and fast-moving software market.
• Ability to bringmarket and business understandinginto the product to deliver and help shape Dynatrace's goal and strategy.
• You have a strong interest in andunderstanding of technical topicssuch as Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Application Security, and SaaS Software.
• Be highly self-motivatedas well as creative and efficient in proposing & presenting solutions to complex and unique problems.
• Outstanding communicatorand presenter with excellent social skills.
• Ability to communicate thoughts and business ideas clearly in aC-level setting/environment.
