Your Role: Build strong relationships with brokers, promote our innovative products, and help shape the future of health and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

? B2B Support: Work with Independent Financial Adviser firms (IFAs), mortgage and protection firms in the South and South West of the UK.

? Admin and Support: Help business consultants provide administrative and operational support to these firms.

? Sales and Relationship Building: Help brokers and companies succeed by building professional relationships and supporting their sales efforts.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record of at least 2 years +in B2B sales with existing relationships

Skills:

o Strong communication (both written and verbal).

o Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively.

o Ability to prioritize work, take ownership, and be customer-focused.

o Computer literate.

Attributes: Positive attitude, people skills, pro-active approach, belief in the products you're promoting, and sales skills.

Earnings and Benefits:

Base Salary: £24,000, negotiable based on experience.

Bonuses: OTE inc Monthly and quarterly bonuses, performance bonuses, company share scheme and agreed expenses can be in excess of £100k after 3 years
