Easneye Estate is a family-run business nestled in the Ash Valley, northeast of Ware. Across 1,000 ha - 700 ha of which are dedicated to arable cropping and stewardship - we champion a notill farming system and manage a modest conservation-focused shoot.

Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Arable Operator to join our tightknit team. You'll work with minimal supervision, ensuring efficiency and precision in all field operations. This position offers genuine progression toward supervisory and broader estatemanagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain selfpropelled Sands Horizon sprayer

- Drill seed using the Horizon DSX direct drill

- Conduct field work with John Deere tractors

- Provide relief combine driving as required

- Carry out general farm duties and estate maintenance

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- Full UK driving licence

- PA1 & PA2 pesticide application certifications

- Competency with precision-agriculture technology

- Basic machinery maintenance, servicing, and repair skills

Desirable (training provided):

- Telehandler, chainsaw, ATV operation

- FirstAid certification
