£17-£20 per hour (dependent on experience and role)

Constellation Platinum is seeking exceptional chefs to join our culinary team at the prestigious Garsington Opera this summer.

We're recruiting for passionate professionals across the kitchen hierarchy - from Senior Chef de Partie through to Lead Chef and Sous Chef - to deliver refined, seasonal dishes at one of the UK's most exclusive cultural events.

Roles Available

• Senior Chef de Partie - Skilled in managing a section with confidence and finesse under pressure
• Sous Chef - Strong leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments and mentor junior chefs with care
• Lead Chef - Operationally strong, able to bridge the gap between Sous and Head Chef, overseeing service delivery
• Head Chef - Visionary leaders, responsible for kitchen management, menu execution, and overall performance

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in high-end or volume-led hospitality kitchens

Strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities

Working knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and allergen protocols

Calm and professional under pressure, with high attention to detail

Must be able to drive (no public transport available)

Must live within a commutable distance (no travel allowance - approx. 40 mins from Reading)

Must be available for at least 80% of the following dates:

May: 28th, 29th, 31st June: 1st, 6th-7th, 12th-15th, 19th-21st, 26th-30th July: 1st, 3rd-6th, 8th-10th, 12th-13th, 15th, 18th-22nd
