They are now looking for an Evaluation Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Evaluation Officer, you will support our client's Research Directorate in the management of multiple research projects.

You'll play an integral role in facilitating the commissioning of research projects, project monitoring, and organising key events, ensuring our client's work is delivered to the highest standards and with maximum impact.

Your day-to-day will include assisting with the commissioning of evaluators for research projects, maintaining accurate project data, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting team logistics and operations.

Additionally, you will:

- Support the management of evaluator and data collection panels

- Organise several external events and conferences

- Monitor research projects on Salesforce to ensure information accuracy

- Organise and provide logistical support for team meetings and processes

About You

To be considered as an Evaluation Officer, you will need:

- Relevant work experience; for example, project management or providing co-ordination or administrative support

- Experience handling multiple tasks, managing competing priorities, and delivering a high volume of work on time

- Experience with office management software, including MS Office (Excel and Word), and comfort working with technology

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
