EUC Engineer (SCCM/MECM/Intune)

DGH Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a client in the professional services industry who are looking for an EUC Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis in their London office.

The role will be joining as part of a team who undertake the day-to-day administration, support, implementation and development of all business applications and systems.

This role will primarily be responsible for the maintenance and delivery of my clients Windows 10/11 environment inclusive of core builds & updating of task sequences using MECM/SCCM, Intune, Group Policy and packaging tools. The role will also require general systems administration across internal IT systems, the successful candidate must be able to perform generalist tasks and 3rd line support.

Key areas of focus;
- Packaging of all applications using App-V or MSI (Install Shield)
- OS builds, MECM/SCCM and Intune deployments of applications and troubleshooting
- Automated OS patching, compliance and troubleshooting
- Ensuring managed endpoints are contactable and up to date.
- 3rd line support of the desktop infrastructure in particular MECM/SCCM troubleshooting

Required technical Skills/experience;
- In-depth knowledge of MECM/SCCM, APP-V, MSI Packaging, PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit, AVD, standard desktop applications such as Office, Adobe, AV products, Group-Policy, Configuration Profiles, Conditional Access Policies and Install Shield.
- Strong knowledge for M365 services specifically around device management and identity (Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM coexistence) - accreditation preferable.
- Strong working knowledge of desktop deployment and maintenance specifically around Windows 10/11.
- Strong PowerShell and Scripting abilities.
