Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Trainer to lead workshops on Operating Models & ETF's to join their team for a 12 month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

You will be responsible for designing and delivering workshops aimed at enhancing the understanding of ETF operations, structures, and industry best practices.

1. Equipping internal teams, stakeholders, and clients with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate effectively within the ETF space.
2. Design & Develop Training Programs
3. Facilitate Workshops & Training Sessions
4. Customisation & Stakeholder Engagement
5. Monitor & Assess Learning Outcomes
6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
7. Support & Troubleshooting

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

1. Strong presentation skills, deep knowledge of ETF products and operating models, and the ability to create engaging, educational content.
2. 5+ years of commercial experience in financial services, with a strong background in ETFs, capital markets, or asset management.
3. Experience in training, teaching, or facilitating workshops in a corporate or academic environment, especially in financial services.
4. A deep understanding of the ETF operating model, including trading, creation/redemption, settlement, and pricing.
5. Familiarity with online training platforms and virtual workshop tools.
6. Experience with data analysis tools for tracking training effectiveness and participant progress.
7. Experience delivering training on financial products such as ETFs, mutual funds, derivatives, or other investment vehicles.
