Your new role

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our project planning and execution. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of projects, with a particular focus on surfacing and highways. Your expertise will ensure that our bids are competitive and align with our commitment to quality and sustainability.
What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably within the surfacing or highways sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Experience with Causeway software.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field.
