6-month temporary contract for an estates surveyor in Manchester with the potential for extension.

Your new role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estates Surveyor to manage small-scale acquisitions of residential properties. The successful candidate will oversee the entire process from initial planning and refurbishment to lease production and rent reviews. This role is pivotal in ensuring our properties are efficiently managed and meet the needs of our service providers.
What you'll need to succeed

MRICS qualification is desirable.

Proven experience in residential property acquisitions and management.

Strong knowledge of planning, refurbishment, and lease production.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with public sector operations is desirable.
