Temporary Estates Surveyor - Kent - £350p/d

An esteemed public sector organisation based in Kent is seeking a talented Chartered Estates Surveyor to join their team on a Temporary Basis.
Your new role

• Delivering professional property advice on land and property issues
• Implementing estate strategies across a portfolio of properties
• Handling complex cases with expertise and developing solutions
• Ensuring estate compliance, managing landlord and tenant matters
• Conducting inspections, managing rates and asset insurance, account valuations
• Addressing boundary disputes, village green applications, and defects in title

What you'll need to succeed

• MRICS qualified (or BSc holder actively pursuing APC to join RICS)
• Experience within a property/estates team in the public sector
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to take accountability and ownership of cases and see them through to completion
