(Part-Time) Estate Surveyor - Temporary - Folkstone - £320 p/d

Your new role

Provide expert estate and asset management services for operational and commercial buildings

Manage a diverse portfolio of property and land assets, ensuring tenant compliance and achieving the best value

Support the Estates and Asset Manager in identifying new commercial tenants and delivering an Asset Management Plan

Negotiate leases, licences, and other agreements, and provide professional advice on property management

Implement marketing and disposal strategies to maximise asset performance

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 3 years in property management with a strong understanding of estate management practices and commercial landlord-tenant legislation.

Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues at all levels.

Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards, with a flexible and adaptable approach to new initiatives and change
