For our New Customer Projects division, we are looking for the Hamburg location
or Munich at the earliest possible date for a full-time

ERP Project Manager (m/f/d Your tasks:

• Operational planning and management of implementation projects for our in-house ERP software, from signing the contract with the customer to the real launch
• Personnel management and budgeting in the project (including the allocation of tasks and
  
  ensuring and monitoring the use of resources)
• Managing your employees in the project team and the customer during the implementation process
• Management and planning of external service providers
• Managing the flow of information in the project
• Risk management (avoiding, recognizing and eliminating obstacles and risks and preventing escalations)
• Managing the validation process in a regulated environment
• Collaboration in the continuous process improvement of our implementation methodology in the company

We are enthusiastic:

• Several years of experience in the implementation of software implementation projects
• A strong understanding of production company processes is desirable
• A recognized project management certification and SQL knowledge are an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German and preferably good knowledge of English
• A confident manner, the ability to communicate in a target group-oriented manner and to present complex issues in an understandable way
• Good analytical skills, as well as a structured, customer and results-oriented approach
