ERP Cutover Manager - Northamptonshire - 12 Month Contract

My client is embarking on multiple Business Transformation initiatives, focusing heavily on migrating from outdated systems to modern platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive cutover plans to facilitate smooth transitions from Legacy systems to new solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of all cutover activities.
• Identify potential risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption throughout the transition phase.
• Track, monitor, and report progress, promptly addressing any issues that arise during the cutover.
• Lead and conduct post-cutover assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the transition.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and stakeholders on the cutover processes.
• Stay informed about emerging tools, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience managing cutovers for large-scale, global projects.
• Proven expertise in project management, with a strong record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Extensive experience as a Cutover Manager in ERP implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
