Your Responsibilities:

• 1. ERP System Development & Integration: Oversee the enhancement and seamless integration of our ERP and CRM systems, tailored to meet company needs. This includes coordination and testing of EDI integrations with our warehouses and customers to ensure smooth data flows.
• 2. CRM & PIM System Management: Ensure the efficient use and continuous improvement of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and PIM (Product Information Management) systems to enhance customer interaction and product data management.
• 3. Process Optimization: Design and improve operational workflows to increase efficiency and productivity while ensuring effective collaboration between internal and external systems.
• 4. Team Training & Support: Provide user training and technical support to ensure employees can efficiently utilize the systems.
• 5. System Maintenance & Security: Manage the maintenance, administration, and advancement of ERP, CRM, and PIM systems while adhering to data protection and security standards.
• 6. Consultation with External Partners: Collaborate closely with external ERP, EDI, CRM, and PIM consultants to enhance system functionality and ensure seamless operation of interfaces.
• 7. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and external stakeholders to support business requirements and system integration.

Your Profile:

• Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, or Business Central, including configuration, implementation, and management.
• CRM & PIM Experience: Hands-on experience with CRM and PIM systems, with a strong understanding of data structuring, integration, and usability optimization.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, with foundational knowledge in accounting being an advantage.
• Analytical Thinking: Structured, independent work approach with excellent problem-solving skills and a high level of commitment.
• Communication Skills: A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Continuous Learner: Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and take on responsibility.

Annual Salary: Starting at €55,000 (with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience).
