The Company client partnered with a leading specialty insurance organisation looking to hire a Enterprise architect on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity, the business are seeking the modernisation of the existing platform adopting a 'Cloud First' strategy. You will be responsible for building the roadmap for modernisation working closely with heads of business to determine current and future needs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Determining the technology system architecture and functional design needed to support and meet company business goals
• Setting the context, defining common elements and creating patterns and standards to apply the details at a project level
• Assisting management and stakeholders in evaluating the business' mission and ensuring that the company uses its IT assets effectively
• Documenting the process using multiple architectural models
• Generating graphic representations and abstracts of the system architecture models
• Evaluating existing IT systems for exposure or weaknesses that could compromise performance, security or efficiency
• First-hand experience developing and building models based on The Enterprise Framework
• Implementing shared infrastructure to optimise information management systems

• 5+ years of experience Previous experience of working in Insurance, particularly in the Lloyd's Market
• Expertise in one cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of architecture and integration patterns
• Excellent understanding of cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures
