Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate anddedicated English Teacher to join our vibrant team. The successful candidatewill be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to studentsaged 11-18, helping them to achieve their full potential. You will play a keyrole in shaping young minds and encouraging a love for literature and language.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and innovative English lessons in line with the national curriculum

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies

Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the student experience

Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in English or a related field

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Previous teaching experience in a secondary school setting is preferred

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to inspire and motivate students

Behaviour management experience essential
