Your new role
Your role as a qualified English teacher is to educate and inspire students within KS3, and KS4. High quality lesson plans must be engaging to match an inclusive curriculum within the school. Whether newly qualified or experienced, you will need to be confident in delivering lessons to students of mixed abilities, with good communication, team work, and organisational skills. You will be responsible for marking work, with constructive feedback given, and a thorough understanding of curriculum material must be held.
What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience teaching English to secondary school students

Good Behaviour Management

Excellent Curriculum knowledge

Strong communication and leadership skills
