English Cover Teachers required January StartHays Education Huddersfield is a leading education recruitment agency based in the heart of Huddersfield city centre.
We are currently supporting schools in Huddersfield who are looking for English teachers to start in the new year on an ongoing basis, both for cover, and planning, preparing and marking roles. The Successful English teachers will be required to teach KS3 & KS4 English.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Follow the schools rewards and behaviour policy.
- Be flexible and willing to support across the school in different departments
- A degree in English or a related subject.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching at secondary school level.
- Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for working with young people
- Strong classroom management skills.
- The ability to deliver engaging lessons.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
