Job Description

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects focused on engineering methodologies, workflows and applications.

Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with engineering teams and leadership.

Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their buy-in and support throughout the project life cycle.

Develop communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and potential impacts.

Identifying potential risks and devising risk mitigation strategies to avoid delays and setbacks during project delivery

Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, resolving issues and initiating corrective action and provide regular updates to project and business stakeholders.

Maintaining detailed project documentation, including reports, status updates, plans and risk register.

Must have experience:

Delivery: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid approaches) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)

Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and embrace change.

Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to articulate change vision and progress, foster strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and manage multiple priorities.

Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving capabilities to overcome obstacles and drive project success.

Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
