What You'll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of key platform features
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into robust, scalable solutions
• Mentor, guide, and grow a talented engineering team, while setting best practices for code quality, performance, and security
• Stay hands-on with code, while also steering technical strategy and project planning
• Champion an agile development process, ensuring efficient delivery and iteration

What We're Looking For:

• Experience leading teams in a fast-growing startup environment
• Strong Back End development skills and experience with cloud-native technologies
• Hands-on experience with modern fintech tools, APIs, and scalable systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing industry
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, or similar sectors
