Job Description

We're looking for a Plumbing Engineer to join our EKFB team based in Rushden.

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire - remote working not applicable due to the mobile nature of the role, with travel across EKFB sites required.

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?

As a Plumbing Engineer, you'll be working within the EKFB team, supporting them in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across operational infrastructure and commercial environments.

Your day to day will include:

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
  • Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues across commercial sites
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
  • Participating in an on-call rota for out-of-hours emergency repairs
  • Delivering excellent customer service and timely, efficient solutions

What are we looking for?

This role of Plumbing Engineer is great for you if:

  • You have proven experience in commercial plumbing
  • You hold a valid UK driving license
  • You are able to pass (or already hold) an enhanced DBS check due to work on sensitive or secure sites
