Engagement Executive

Our client, a benevolent charity in the hospitality industry dedicated to supporting workers facing hardship, is recruiting an Engagement Executive.

This role will assist in the operational management of the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). The Engagement Executive will work closely with the Engagement Manager and the EAP team to foster trusted relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with EAP services.

Key responsibilities include onboarding new clients, creating marketing materials, monitoring engagement, producing reports, and addressing client issues. You will also assist with client renewals and identify upsell opportunities to promote growth. Additionally, the Engagement Executive will represent the company at events and engage with external partners to foster long-term relationships. You will collaborate with the team to enhance the onboarding process, handle client escalations professionally, and ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in health and wellbeing or hospitality. Excellent relationship-building, strong communication skills, self-motivation, organisation, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office are required.
